This Privacy Policy explains how Postlytix ("Postlytix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, apply for access, or use our revenue-intelligence service (the "Service"). Postlytix is a business operated by Logan Kouns and, upon its formation, by Postlytix LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us. When you apply for access or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company name, monthly revenue range, e-commerce platform, and any details you choose to share about your operations.
• Brand data you connect. To deliver the Service, you may authorize Postlytix to read data from tools you already use, for example Shopify, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, NetSuite, Asana, Slack, or files you upload. This can include order, return, customer, ticket, campaign, advertising, and financial data. We access this data only to perform the analyses and actions you request and approve.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, to keep the Service secure and improve it.

2. How we use information

• To run cross-departmental analyses and surface findings for your review.
• To execute the fixes you explicitly approve, and to maintain an auditable log of those actions.
• To communicate with you about your application, account, and the Service.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. AI processing

Postlytix uses third-party AI providers to analyze data and generate findings and drafts. Data sent for processing is transmitted securely and is not used by those providers to train their models where such controls are available to us. We minimize the data shared with AI providers to what is needed for the requested analysis.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Service providers (subprocessors). We use vetted infrastructure and AI providers to host and process data on our behalf, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
• Tools you connect. When you approve an action, we send the necessary data to the relevant platform (e.g., filing a claim, deploying a flow, pausing an ad set) to carry out that action.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Postlytix, our customers, or the public.
• Business transfers. If Postlytix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain audit logs you may rely on, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to records we are required to keep.

6. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit and at rest, workspace isolation, and least-privilege access to connected tools. For more detail, see our Security page. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor applicable rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.

11. Data Processing Agreement

Where Postlytix processes personal data on your behalf, we act as a processor and you act as the controller. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA), including standard contractual clauses for international transfers where applicable, is available to customers on request.
